Nowadays my baby is walking baby steps. So now she wants more energetic food. From 10 month we can feed meat especially fish, mutton soup and chicken soup. weekly once or twice we can feed.
Mostly mutton soup i give in the morning time near 11 o’cock. Because after i give soup, within an hour she wants to eat more. Some times i give soup with rice also. She loves to eat.

How to introduce solid food
How to make mutton soup:
Gingelly oil – 1/4 tsp
Mutton chops- some pieces
Small onion/shallots- 2
ginger – small piece
Garlic- 1 cloves
Tomato- small piece
Curry leaves / coriander/ mint leaves
Turmeric powder and salt- a pinch
Whole pepper corn- 2 to 3
Cumin seed and fennel seed- a pinch
cinnamon stick- small piece
cardamom and cloves- 1
Beans and carrot- some pieces (optional)
Method:
- Take all ingredients
- Wash mutton chops well
- Take all ingredients in a cooker except salt.
- Add a cup of water
- Cover it and cook well 5 to 8 minutes
- Drain the soup.
- If you want add pinch of salt. Feed your baby in feeding bottle
- Feed your baby with rice also
